How far is it from the Sheraton Grand? Is it easy to walk to it? Safe enough at night too?

I never felt threatened walking there at the dinner hour, but the homeless population is extensive and their situation appalling, from a human rights perspective.
Is there any NEAR parking for cars with disabled parking placards?
A:
Yes, but unfortunately Los Angeles does not have an electronic nap for you to easily find them on line. You will need to drive the nearby parking and look for the spots. They are easy to spot
